Founder & CEO
Grant Thormeier
Grant Thormeier brings more than 35 years of racing experience across multiple disciplines. His career began in Super Late Models, competing throughout Florida with the All-Pro and USA Series, as well as the traveling All-Pro Series and ASA. In the 1990s, Thormeier expanded his résumé by transitioning to open-wheel competition, racing sprint cars, midgets, super modifieds, and mini sprints—building a diverse background that reflects both versatility and deep roots in American motorsports.

Allick Jorgensen
Allick Jorgensen is a motorsports media professional and entrepreneur deeply rooted in the American short-track racing scene. With more than a decade of experience in racing media, marketing, and event operations, he is the owner of Patriot Media and Marketing Services, LLC, providing broadcast production, digital marketing, and promotional support for racetracks, race teams, and sanctioning bodies across the country.

Crew Chief
Nate Steadman
Nate Steadman brings a diverse and accomplished background in motorsports, with experience spanning NASCAR and open-wheel racing at the highest levels. Over the course of his career, he has worked with premier organizations including Furniture Row Racing, Ben Kennedy Racing, Andretti Autosport, and ThorSport Racing, gaining extensive hands-on experience in race operations, team logistics, and competition support. Today, Steadman applies that elite-level knowledge as the Crew Chief for Grant Thormeier Racing, where he plays a key role in preparation, strategy, and on-track performance.

Michael Goddard
Michael Goddard has spent years around short track racing, earning respect both behind the wheel and in the pits. He’s worked with some of Central Florida’s top Super Late Model teams, including Michael Hinde Racing and Stephen Nasse Racing, where he’s been part of competitive, high-level programs. Along the way, Goddard has also built an extensive driving résumé of his own, racing Super Late Models throughout the Central Florida area. That combination of seat time and team experience gives him a deep, hands-on understanding of what it takes to be competitive at the short-track level.

Driver
Nick Neri
Nick Neri is a World Champion go-kart racer turned Super Late Model winner with a natural feel for competition. After making the move to asphalt racing, he’s found success with Grant Thormeier Racing, scoring three wins over the past twelve months. With a championship mindset and growing momentum, Neri continues to prove he belongs at the front of the field wherever he races.

Lead Mechanic
Max Steinhorst
From Reedsburg, Wisconsin Max grew up in racing. From Motocross to Late Models and everything in-between. In Max's spare time he likes long walks on the beach and wrenching on racecars.

Wayne Deline

A master fabricator with decades of experience. You'll usually find Von with a welder in his hand. He races part time in his weekends off from the shop.

Fresh out of Kentucky, Russ is the owner of Benson Valley Bourbon, and a fierce competitor on the track with decades of experience.
